This product is mainly connected and matched with regulating valves to form an intelligent control valve. And achieve control objectives such as switch disconnection and proportional adjustment through DCS or PLC automation control system.
The intelligent controller of the product adopts the ARM core "central microprocessor" as the core platform, combined with modern scientific electronic technology and integrated SMT mounting process. Through rigorous logic programming and modular combination design, it meets various control system operating conditions and environments, and achieves continuous and stable operation and control requirements:
① It has multiple valve operation status and data monitoring functions.
② It has integrated functions of high-precision displacement positioning, proportional adjustment, digital to analog conversion, and position transmission.
③ It has complete multiple protection functions. Including: bidirectional overtravel protection function, automatic phase detection function, phase loss detection function, motor overheating protection function, signal interruption protection function, sensor fault protection function, and control status password locking function.
④ Suitable for multiple communication interfaces. For example, commonly used communication protocols such as RS485, HART protocol, fieldbus, etc.
The product uses a 12 bit absolute value encoder as the valve position acquisition sensor. The adjustment accuracy has been improved to less than 0.5%, which is more than four times better than the national standard, and can be set to zero point at any position of 360 °: magnetic sensitive non-contact structure, no wear and maintenance. Realize accurate positioning and automatic adjustment.
The product motor adopts a dedicated servo motor with high torque and low inertia. It is equipped with an overheat protection relay, and the motor rotor output end has a shaft gear, which has the characteristics of accurate response time and short response time.
